Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases of Diagnopedia Medical Bot subscription services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

IMPORTANT: ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDITS FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASES.

2. No Refund Policy

2.1 All Sales Are Final

By purchasing a subscription to the Diagnopedia Medical Bot Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All purchases are non-refundable
  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
    • Change of mind after purchase
    • Dissatisfaction with Service responses
    • Unused portion of subscription period
    • Unused messages or features
    • Technical difficulties or Service interruptions
    • Inability to access the Service due to user error
    • Duplicate purchases made in error
    • Subscription expiration or renewal
    • Misunderstanding of Service features or capabilities

2.2 Why We Have a No Refund Policy

Our Service operates on a fixed-cost model where:

  • AI processing costs are incurred immediately when you use the Service
  • Third-party service costs are paid per interaction, regardless of subscription duration
  • Infrastructure and operational costs are constant
  • Each interaction you have with the Service incurs real costs

Once your subscription is activated, these costs cannot be recovered, which is why we cannot offer refunds.

 

2.3 Understanding Before Purchase

We encourage you to:

  • Carefully review the Service features and limitations
  • Read our Terms and Conditions thoroughly
  • Understand the 30-day subscription model
  • Review the medical disclaimer before purchasing
  • Contact support with any questions before buying

3. Subscription Model Details

3.1 30-Day Validity Period

  • Each subscription provides 30 days of unlimited access from the date of purchase
  • The subscription period begins immediately upon payment confirmation
  • The 30 days is calculated from the moment of purchase, not from first use
  • After 30 days, your access will automatically expire

Example:

  • Purchase Date: January 1, 2026, at 3:00 PM
  • Expiration Date: January 31, 2026, at 3:00 PM
  • Total Duration: Exactly 30 days

3.2 Non-Recurring Subscription

  • Subscriptions do NOT automatically renew
  • You must manually purchase a new subscription after 30 days
  • No charges will be made without your explicit action

3.3 Unlimited Messages

During your active 30-day subscription period:

  • Send unlimited messages to the chatbot
  • No per-message charges or hidden fees
  • Fair Usage Policy message limits upto 3k messages.
  • Full access to all features

    4. Cancellation Policy

    4.1 No Cancellation Required

    Since subscriptions do not auto-renew:

    • There is no need to cancel your subscription
    • Your access will simply expire after 30 days
    • No action is required from you to prevent future charges

    4.2 Stopping Service Access

    If you wish to stop using the Service before your 30-day period ends:

    • You may simply stop accessing the Service at any time
    • Your account will remain active until the subscription expires
    • No refund or credit will be provided for the unused time
    • You may still access the Service for the remainder of your paid period

    4.3 Account Deletion

    If you wish to delete your account:

    • Email support@diagnopediaglobal.com with your deletion request
    • We will delete your account and associated data as per terms and conditions within 30 days
    • No refund will be provided even if you delete your account

    5. Exceptions to No Refund Policy

    5.1 Service Failure

    We may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds or credits in the following rare circumstances:

    Complete Service Unavailability
    • If the Service is completely unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days during your subscription period
    • Availability is calculated based on our server uptime monitoring
    • Scheduled maintenance periods do not count toward unavailability
    • You must report the issue to support@diagnopediaglobal.com during the outage period
    Billing Errors
    • If we made an error in billing (e.g., charged incorrect amount)
    • We will correct the error and refund any overcharges
    • You must report billing errors within 15 days of the charge

    5.2 Requesting an Exception

    To request a refund under these limited exceptions:

    2. Include:
      • Your account email address
      • Transaction ID or payment confirmation
      • Detailed explanation of why you qualify for an exception
      • Supporting documentation if applicable
    3. We will respond within 7 business days
    4. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
    5. Our decision is final

    6. Subscription Renewal

    6.1 Manual Renewal Only

    • Subscriptions do not automatically renew
    • You must manually purchase a new subscription after your current period expires
    • We will send email reminders before expiration (if email provided)

    6.2 Lapsed Subscriptions

    If your subscription expires:

    • Your access to the chatbot will be suspended immediately
    • Your chat history will be retained for 90 days
    • You can renew anytime during the 90-day retention period
    • After 90 days, chat history may be permanently deleted

    6.3 No Grace Period

    • There is no grace period after subscription expiration
    • Access ends exactly 30 days after purchase
    • You must renew after expiration to maintain uninterrupted access

    7. Technical Issues and Service Interruptions

    7.1 Temporary Unavailability

    The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to:

    • Scheduled maintenance
    • Server updates or deployments
    • Infrastructure provider issues
    • Force majeure events

    No refunds or credits will be provided for:

    • Brief interruptions (less than 24 consecutive hours)
    • Scheduled maintenance
    • Issues caused by third-party service providers
    • Internet connectivity issues on your end
    • Browser or device compatibility problems

    7.2 Your Responsibility

    You are responsible for:

    • Maintaining a working internet connection
    • Using compatible devices and browsers
    • Keeping your account credentials secure
    • Ensuring your payment method is valid

    We are not liable for inability to access the Service due to factors under your control.

     

    7.3 Reporting Technical Issues

    If you experience technical issues:

    • Include detailed information (device, browser, error messages)
    • We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
    • Resolution of technical issues does not entitle you to refunds or extensions

    Price changes will not affect your current active subscription. If prices increase or decrease:

    • Your active subscription continues at the price you paid
    • New pricing applies only to future purchases
    • You will see current pricing when you renew

    9.3 No Price Match Guarantee

    We do not offer:

    • Price matching or retroactive discounts
    • Refunds if prices decrease after your purchase
    • Credits if promotional pricing becomes available later

    10. Business and Corporate Purchases

    This no refund policy applies equally to:

    • Educational institution purchases

    11 Non-Transferable

    Subscriptions are non-transferable and cannot be:

    • Transferred to another person
    • Resold to third parties

    6. You understand that initiating illegitimate chargebacks may result in account termination

    14. Changes to This Policy

    14.2 Existing Subscriptions

    Changes to this policy will not affect subscriptions already purchased. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your subscription.

    15. Legal Compliance

    This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws in the jurisdictions India (Pune). Where local laws provide additional consumer rights beyond what is stated here, those legal rights are not waived by this policy.

    If any provision of this policy is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
